Beatiful Horses

Friday, September 19th, 2008

Oh how I love horses!  They are such beautiful animals.  This week I was lucky enough not only to go out and visit some horses, but also to enjoy a beautiful Wisconsin fall day outside.  The weather and the lighting was beautiful.  Here are some pictures.  I hope you enjoy!

This farm was beautiful.  I could do an entire photo shoot there and not even take a picture with a horse!  I loved it!

The beautiful sunsetting on a beautiful day…

On to the next fair!

Friday, August 8th, 2008

Today Shawn and I had off of work, so we decided to check out the State Fair down in Milwaukee.  It was a beautiful day for just bumming around and we had a good time.  Here are just a few pictures for you blog stalkers… aka… DAD! :)

We started out at the horse barns.  I love horses!  They are so beautiful!  These ones were HUGE too!  This girl cracked me up.  She was just laying on top of the horse like it was nothing.  Quite cute!

Then right next store to her was another horse which this lady was painting.  I loved it and thought it’d make a cute picture.

When we were in the commercial barns I just LOVED these crystal charms!  They reminded me of my mother.

And finally my dear husband had to teach a bunch of kids how to rule at Nascar!

The Fair!

Tonight Shawn & I went to the Washington County Fair.  I hadn’t photographed anything in three days and I was feeling deprived!  So, off we went.  We started with the animals.  Oh goodness are they cute!

In this post we have some horses & a cute little pig snout!

A Night Out

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

Tonight we took a road trip to Elkhart Lake.  Let me tell you, they sure know how to get a crowd excited up there!  It was the Vintage Car races at Road America and every year on Friday night the cars reenact the old downtown races.  So they do a parade into town, then park so everyone can stare at the machinery before them, and then they burn rubber out of town.  It’s so much fun!  Here are a few pictures from last night.

Now onto the actual cars…
