Last year I had the great pleasure of photographing an adorable couple for their engagement photos. They were getting married in Jamaica, however, so they didn’t think I’d photograph their wedding. Oh were they wrong! My assistant and I flew to Jamaica last month and captured their amazing day at the Sandals Negril in beautiful Jamaica. Their family was so amazing and sweet. You always hear about dream weddings that take place in beautiful gardens with gorgeous white tents and candles glowing on the tables… and that is exactly what Courtney & Rick’s wedding was. It was beautiful.
The day started at the Pfister where the bride and groom both got ready for their big day. It was then onto the Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee where the ceremony and reception would take place.
As I said, this wedding was gorgeous. Thank you so much Courtney and Rick for letting me be a part of your special day. The love between you two is evident and so inspiring. I hope you enjoy your photos!

This wedding also had some AWESOME vendors! The ceremony music was provided by the Celtic Company (262.677.3914). The videographer was the amazing Wedding Films. The awesome DJ and MC were from Exciting Events. And the beautiful blooms were from Laurel at Bloom Floral & Event Designs

When you think summer wedding, you think beautiful weather with blue skies and birds chirping. NOT exactly what happened for Kristen & Kevin’s wedding! It was FREEZING cold in the middle of August! Who would have guessed? But don’t worry, the day was still perfect!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone as in love with a bride as Kevin was. He was so sweet to Kristen and every time I turned around he was sneaking a quick kiss on the cheek from her. It was adorable. You truly reminded me why I love photographing weddings!
