With fall sessions quickly approaching (ps, I’m booked for August and September so if you’re looking for a session this fall, book today!) I show this awesome example of what a family should wear. It’ll photograph beautifully!

I have always wanted to do a trash the dress session at the carnival.  Last year, my dear sweet daughter spoiled my plans by deciding to take permanent residence in my stomach at the time of the fair, but this year, this was the year!  Jamie M Swanson and I offered a free giveaway.  The winner (the gorgeous Jennifer) won an all expenses paid trash the dress session at the Washington County Fair grounds and also a 16×20 canvas.  How awesome is that?

Sweet baby I.  She is seriously too cute.  This is the fourth time I’ve photographed her, and I won’t lie.  When I showed up, she looked at me with a “not this again” expression on her face.  But by the end, she was all smiles.  She’s just adorable and those eyes, oh how they sparkle! 

This session was a year in the making, literally!  Christine’s mom booked me last year after I photographed her older sister, and I was so excited for our session.  We actually didn’t have a location.  Instead we drove in the car and stopped on the side of the road wherever I felt inspired.  It was really fun and I appreciate Christine so much for playing along!
